Fibark has to be one of the biggest festivals I’ve ever been to. Based out of Salida, Colorado the event brings in people from all over the state and paddlers from all over the world.

The 2007 Reverse Freestyle Kayak & BoaterX Competition turned out to be the biggest and best kayak competition ever held in Atlantic Canada.

Paddlers from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Maine and Quebec made their way to Saint John to compete at the world famous Reversing Falls . So much happened over the weekend so without further adue here is what took place. Read more

The Lyons Outdoor games went off over the weekend in Lyons, Colorado. The usual spree of events took place, a creek race, freestyle event, boater cross relay and even some trials biking demonstrations. After breaking my two front teeth and putting a hole under my bottom lip I was a little tentative to get back into my boat after less than a weeks recovery but went for it anyway and things worked out fine.
